The Fidelity Services Group Youth Learnership 2025 offers young South Africans aged 18–27 an opportunity to train as Security Officers in Cape Town. The full-time learnership provides hands-on experience in monitoring, patrolling, and ensuring safety in various environments. Applicants must have a minimum Grade 10 education, a PSIRA Grade C certificate, and UIF contribution history. Candidates should be disciplined, reliable, and eager to learn. The programme includes structured training and coursework, preparing participants for a professional career in the security industry. Applications close on 31 December 2025.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras and alarms to identify any suspicious activity
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
• Report any security breaches or incidents to the appropriate authorities
• Provide assistance and support to employees and visitors in need of help
• Complete all required training and coursework as part of the learnership program
• Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 10
• Minimum Psira certificate grade C
